The secret’s out!
The target audience was Sheffield’s young corporate professionals and it was to be an edgier counterpart to St Luke’s super successful Enchanted Winter Ball. The logo is simple and stylish, relying on strong typography and minimal decoration. The deluxe colour scheme of navy and gold eludes to the quality of the evening’s entertainment. I used the logo to hide the identity of the secret venue shown in the background photography, but also used the keyhole symbol in other aspects of the marketing material to reveal clues to the viewer. I created all print and digital marketing collateral for the event, including my first ever beer pump clip!
There will be another Secret Supper Club in 2019 and the visual identity will be used to good effect again at the next secret venue.
